Overview

Lexington Housing CDC, was looking to evolve to a new name and identity, all while holding on to its 25 years of identifiable hard work and services it has provided to the local Davidson County Area. I worked alongside their director, Toby Prince, to create something perfect for the next 25 years and beyond. This is how Home Solutions of Davidson County, NC, was born. We kept the “H” house symbol to carry on the legacy of LHCDC.

HSDC's mission is to educate, empower, and affirm individuals and families to achieve homeownership, develop new affordable housing, and improve existing housing throughout Davidson County.
